This Sunday saw the U8’s play a home game against Burnham.

We had enough players on both sides that we split the teams in half and had two games running to allow the kids to have a well needed runabout.

The growth in confidence and the amount of ability they are showing at such a young age is excellent.

Having 4 girls on our team is actually rare for a club but it certainly brings a different skill when it comes to defence and grabbing those tags!

As a coach, it is becoming exciting seeing the joy these kids get with every game.

The teams joined together after for a well deserved post match lunch in the club house.

Burnham bought a very good team today which made the matches a great challenge!
